What is EMM-Tech?
I am a registered UK EMM-Tech course tutor.
EMM-Tech is an 8 hour course that is available
to everyone no matter what their background.
I teach groups of 4-6 people.

Participants learn 11 moves especially chosen by
Ross Emmett from the first 4 modules of his
Emmett Technique practitioner training course.
These simple Emmett moves can be used to help
both you and others to improve joint range of movement
and relieve muscular aches, pains and strains.
These moves are learnt in an enjoyable, hands on
practical way using demonstrations and then
working with each other.
No anatomical knowledge is needed.
There are no tests. It is not a professional training course.
There are moves for the whole body.
The moves can be used immediately.
